With Sparring Capital (Johann Le Duigou, Anne-Sophie Sainte-Cluque, and Bastien Labry), its previous shareholders, the Group reached a critical size mainly with French clients in the defense sector with also some civilian projects. NovaKamp, with its new shareholder Siparex MidCap, will continue to accelerate it growth by supporting not only the French Armed Forces, French defense industrials, and some French critical operators but also by developing new clients abroad.
