Operandi.Law has expanded its services for M&A and private equity operations by hiring Matthias Heyberger as a partner to create a tax practice. Heyberger, who has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since 2011, previously worked as counsel at Valoris Avocats.
He has experience advising funds and CAC 40 companies on M&A, private equity, and restructuring operations, as well as on corporate and personal tax matters and tax audits and disputes. Operandi.Law is part of the Operandi Global network, which also includes two strategy consultant partners.
Two activities that the network plans to expand to other synergistic businesses in 2023. The latest deals supported by its team of lawyers include the fundraising of the vintage clothing and accessories marketplace Imparfaite and the LBO of Boncolac.
