Operandi.Law assisted the management team of Boncolac (Sodiaal Cooperative), led by their CEO, Alexandre Vigneron, in the context of the proposed LBO takeover by Waterland Private Equity of Boncolac (Sodiaal Cooperative), alongside SODIAAL.
As part of this operation, the plan for the takeover by the Boncolac Group (Sodiaal Cooperative) of MAG’M, a specialist in premium frozen macaroons, was also announced.
The subsidiary of the Sodiaal cooperative, which specializes in the manufacture of pastries and delicatessen products and has a turnover of €80 million, has the ambition to consolidate the market.
Operandi’s team consisted of Benjamin Galand, Alban Vaqué d’Anla, and Matthias Heyberger, partners, and Jules Michelet, associate.
